Overview Of Course Options & Duration

The College of Modern Montessori offers four teacher training courses:

a) Full-time teacher training course: one year + 6 months research.
b) Part-time teacher training course: one – two years (maximum).
c) Lower Elementary  (6-9 years) course:  one – two years (maximum).
*Montessori Teacher Training (3-6 years) prerequisite.
c) Distance learning course (home study): 12 – 18 months or maximum three years.

Accreditation: The full-time Montessori Teacher Training course is internationally accredited by MACTE (Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education).

Distance Learning Colleges

Part Time Course

Accreditation: As with the full-time Montessori Teacher Training course, the part-time course is internationally accredited by MACTE (Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education).

Montessoriint College

Lower Elementary  (6-9 years) Course

After significant demand, The College of Modern Montessori is pleased to announce the launch of our Lower Elementary (6-9 years) course.

Accreditation: As with the relevant 3-6 years of age Montessori Teacher Training course, which is a pre-requisite, the Lower Elementary course is internationally accredited by MACTE (Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education). MACTE will be on site in mid-2019.

Distance Learning Course

The distance learning course was written in 1981 by internationally renowned Phyllis Wallbank and has been successfully completed by thousands of students throughout the world.
